  •  The event is being organised in partnership with the council and many community organisations in the city and is about raising awareness of food waste.

    We'll be serving up 5,000 lunches made entirely out of food that would otherwise have been wasted. A delicious solution to the problem of food waste.

  • Friends of Whitehawk Hill - Next Conservation Work Days Sun Oct 20th 10 - 2 Tues Oct 22nd 10 - 4 Meet at the information board at the top of the main slope just north of the top of Manor Hill.

  • The next Due East Neighbourhood Council meeting is themed around health services in the Whitehawk area.

    The meeting will include opportunities for discussion about key health and wellbeing issues and how they can best be tackled in collaboration by health services, patients and community groups.

    If you are a Whitehawk resident and interested in health issues, please do go to the meeting!

  • A chance for local parents and carers to get together with local health service workers to talk about how best to improve health and health services for local families.
