The event is being organised in partnership with the council and many community organisations in the city and is about raising awareness of food waste.

Friends of Whitehawk Hill - Next Conservation Work Days Sun Oct 20th 10 - 2 Tues Oct 22nd 10 - 4 Meet at the information board at the top of the main slope just north of the top of Manor Hill.
The next Due East Neighbourhood Council meeting is themed around health services in the Whitehawk area.
The meeting will include opportunities for discussion about key health and wellbeing issues and how they can best be tackled in collaboration by health services, patients and community groups.
If you are a Whitehawk resident and interested in health issues, please do go to the meeting!
Infection Control To keep visitors and staff as safe as possible, we are open during our normal hours but we are asking people not to come to the surgery in person. Instead, people can contact us by phone on 01273 000544 for all enquiries, appointments and repeat prescriptions. If we do ask you to come in person, we have made arrangements to keep everyone safely distanced. The Broadway Surgery is doing the same. Lloyds Pharmacy is also open.
The next Due East Crime Prevention Forum will be 10am Wednesday 28 January at Robert Lodge Meeting Room, Whitehawk Road.

At the end of the meeting there will be a Prize Draw of Coop Store vouchers for those who have completed the Crime Priorities Survey Form.The survey form is available at Hawks Cafe, Whitehawk Library, the Coop Store in Whitehawk Road, from Bristol and Manor Farm estates and other Due East locations.Please find the Survey Form attached.This draw will be available to Due East residents only.
